Payment Options:

. With all internet-related transactions we believe PayPal is the best option for your protection & ours. If you do not have a PayPal account, it takes virtually minutes to open one. There are no fees involved for the buyer. ONLY the seller pays fees if there is a transaction.

. We do accept VISA/MasterCard/AMEX/Discover. This option is ONLY for pickup at our location. We will require your actual credit card  and valid ID.

. You may mail us a Money Order or Cashier's Check. Please make the check payable to: Nu Derm.

. You may send us a personal check. Your package will be shipped or released for pick up once your check clears. Therefore, there may be a delay in shipping your package.

. You may Wire Transfer to our Bank account. Contact us for details.

Please include your information with your payment: name, shipping address, phone number and email address, if possible.

Sales Tax:

. There is no Sales Tax for any sales with the exception of residents of California (8.75%). 

 . A current sales tax exemption certificate, including sales tax exemption number, can be faxed to us before you forward your payment to avoid paying a sales tax (in the event you are purchasing with the intention of reselling). 

 Shipping& Handling:  

. The fees for packing, shipping, insurance, and Customs Duty Charges on international shipments are the responsibility of the Buyer and are not included in the purchase price.

. Most items will be shipped with a major carrier, such as UPS, FedEx, and US Postal.

. Usually we use US Postal to ship to Hawaii, Alaska or out of the country (USA), mainly because their rates are less costly than other carriers to those destinations. 

Insurance:

We highly recommend insurance on all shipped equipment. Especially with the costlier ones. If you waive insurance on your item we will take no responsibility for any loss or damage resulting from the shipper’s carrying, handling or loading of the item.

WARRANTY:

All of our electronic equipment are under a one year warranty for all parts and labor. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to pay all transportation costs to the Manufacturer and the return to you the buyer.
